01About Xin Pai Precision Alucraft

A green alternative to wood-based cabinets

Xin Pai Precision Alucraft was established in 2026 in Puchong, Selangor, with one purpose: to give Malaysian homes and businesses a green alternative for everyday living. Our cabinets are made from aluminium honeycomb panels, a lightweight, durable and fully recyclable material, so that moving away from wood-based products need not mean giving up strength, looks or affordability.

Our name, Precision Alucraft, says how we work. Every cabinet is CNC-cut and assembled to tight tolerances, which is why the installation is clean and the finish is exact. Precision engineering on one side, aluminium craftsmanship on the other: furniture that does its job well and is planet-friendly.

04Manufacturing Processes

8 stages, from raw honeycomb panels become finished cabinets.

Every cabinet we build passes through the same 8 stages in our Puchong workshop, in this order.

  1. 01

    Raw Material

    Aluminium honeycomb panels arrive as full sheets 1220 x 2750mm. We inspect for flatness, skin condition, core damage, surface finish and thickness before proceed for cutting process.

  2. 02

    Design & Nesting

    Cabinet designs are converted into CAD/CAM files. Nesting software arranges all parts - sides, tops, bottoms, shelves, doors - on the panel to minimise waste.

  3. 03

    CNC Cutting

    Precise CNC Cutting of honeycomb panels is a digitally controlled process that uses CAD/CAM-programmed tool paths to precisely shape, trim, groove, or perforate lightweight sandwich panels while preserving the honeycomb core and face sheets

  4. 04

    Edges Sealing/Banding

    For honeycomb panels, this step is not just cosmetic; it is critical for structural integrity and durability. The open honeycomb cells on the panel's sides are vulnerable to moisture, dust, and physical damage, which can weaken the panel over time. Sealing these edges protects the core, enhances the panel's strength, and provides smooth, finished appearance.

  5. 05

    Secondary Machining

    Holes for hinges, drawer slides, dowels, cam locks, and shelf pins are drilled or milled. Some panels may be grooved for back panels or dividers.

  6. 06

    Round Shape Sealing/Banding

    "Round shape banding" for honeycomb panels refers to process of sealing and finishing the panel's edges with a rounded or curved profile, rather than a sharp 90-degree corner.

  7. 07

    Quality Control

    Each pieces of panels are checked for squareness, edge quality, alignment, hardware function, and surface finish.

  8. 08

    Packing & Delivery

    Finished parts are wrapped, labelled by room and stacked for delivery, so nothing is marked between the workshop and the install.

  1. Recycled aluminium core

    Our honeycomb panels designed for circularity, an aluminium can be recycled and recovered without losing strength, which makes it one of the most sustainable metals on earth. Choosing recycled over virgin material cuts energy use by up to 95% and sharply reduces carbon emissions.

  2. Zero-waste production

    Every honeycomb panel is engineering for maximum material efficiency. Precision cutting minimizes offcuts, while aluminum and other recoverable materials are collected, reused, or recycled. No aluminium waste goes to landfill.

  3. No virgin wood, no deforestation

    Sustainability starts with what we choose not to use. By eliminating virgin wood from our panels, we reduce reliance on newly harvested forest resources and move toward materials that can be recovered, recycled, and used again.

  4. Designed for Recycling at End of Life

    Our honeycomb panel cabinets are designed with recyclable materials that can be separated and recovered when the cabinet reached the end of its service life. By reduce complex material combinations and using recyclable aluminum components, valuable materials can be returned to recycling streams instead of becoming waste. This design approach supports a more circular lifecycle.
